(1) Cleaning and inspection of the DC panel, rectifier DC power supply device and its DC circuit should be carried out by two persons, one of whom should supervise the work to prevent injuries or damage to equipment due to mistakes.
       (2) During cleaning and inspection, if further inspection of some operating components is required or defects need to be corrected, the work must comply with Article 164 and relevant provisions of Chapter 4 of the "Electric Power Safety Work Regulations" (Electrical Part of Power Plants and Substations). If a component in a DC circuit is replaced under power, measures should be taken to prevent the DC load from being interrupted. (3) If a fault occurs in the DC system during cleaning, inspection or defect handling, the system should be stopped immediately and kept in its original state to find out the cause.

When the work of the rectifier DC power supply device is completed and restored, the relevant automatic reclosing device can be put into operation.
