The THC-20 series AGV Intelligent Charging Station is an intelligent charging device developed by our company according to the charging requirements for lithium iron phosphate battery packs used in AGV automatic guided vehicles. This device employs a programmable controller as the main control unit and a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen as the human-machine interface; the main circuit utilizes a high-frequency switching power supply that is lightweight, compact, highly efficient, and offers high precision in voltage and current stabilization. The complete system is easy to operate, reliable, fully protected, and highly automated. It provides a 485 communication interface and dry contact signals to exchange data and operating status with the host computer in real time. It can also communicate via WIFI.
