THC(F)-20 series intelligent battery charge/discharge all-in-one machine is specially designed for deep charge/discharge of battery packs, capacity testing, and daily maintenance of battery packs. The whole machine is controlled by a microprocessor, with a large LCD screen and Chinese menu. The appearance design is novel, small in size, light in weight, and easy to move. After setting various charge/discharge parameters, the entire discharge/charge process is automatically completed, fully realizing intelligence. It is equipped with complete data processing software.
*Main Functions and Features:
Microcomputer Control | LCD display, Chinese menu, real-time display of various test data (charge/discharge current, battery pack voltage, charge/discharge duration, charge/discharge capacity, start time, temperature, etc.), allowing you to know the device operation status at any time.
Keyboard Operation | Set various charge/discharge parameters and machine operation instructions through the keyboard.
Computer Operation | Parameters and operation instructions for charge/discharge can be set, extracted, and downloaded through a laptop or computer.
Automatic Protection | Automatically stops charge/discharge and alarms when charge/discharge time is up, charge/discharge capacity is reached, battery pack voltage is lower or higher than the set protection voltage, internal temperature is too high, or there is an abnormal connection of the load line. The stop mode is also automatically recorded.
Power-off Function | In the event of an unexpected power failure during charge/discharge, the set charge/discharge parameters and collected data are automatically saved. When power is restored, the machine automatically resumes operation, and all charge/discharge data is continuously stored without damaging the device.
Data Collection | Charge/discharge data can be collected and stored at a fast frequency (data collection interval can be set between 6 seconds and 600 seconds), making it convenient to analyze battery pack performance.
Data Processing | The detected data can be uploaded to a computer through a 232 communication port or USB disk. Special software (randomly configured) is used for processing, generating various curves, graphs, and reports that intuitively reflect the performance of the battery pack. These can be printed and queried.
Correction Function | The displayed voltage and current values can be corrected (calibrated) at any time, whether before or during discharge.
Charging Principle | The charging process is automatically completed after parameter setting, fully following the three stages: constant current, constant voltage, and trickle floating charge. |
