Introduction:  The THC(F)-20 series intelligent battery charge/discharge integrated machine is specifically designed for deep charge/discharge of battery packs, capacity testing, and daily maintenance of battery packs. The entire machine is controlled by a microprocessor, with a large LCD screen and Chinese menu. The design is novel, compact, lightweight, and easy to move. Once all charge/discharge parameters are set, the entire charge/discharge process is automatically completed, fully realizing intelligence. Once power is restored, the machine continues to work automatically. All charge/discharge data is continuously stored without causing damage to the equipment.Data CollectionData can be collected and stored at a relatively fast frequency (data collection interval can be set between 6 seconds and 600 seconds), facilitating the analysis of battery pack performance.Data ProcessingAll detected data can be uploaded to a computer via a 232 communication port or USB drive. Specialized software (provided with the machine) processes the data to generate various intuitive curves, graphics, reports, etc., reflecting the performance of the battery pack.
